Description
The purpose of Ardhis (Association for the recognition of the rights of homosexual and trans persons to immigration and residence) is to have the rights to residence and asylum of homosexual and foreign trans people recognized, whether these rights are based on the existence of a life in a couple with French nationals or with foreigners permanently residing in France, or on the protection requested on the grounds of persecution that these people have suffered or may suffer in their country because of their sexual or gender orientation.
